Villa Paganini is a farm house originally built in 1790 year and refurbished in 2009. The Villa is situated about 17 km distant from Cecina and about 22 km form the coast and it is plunged in Tuscan countryside surrounded by green hills.
The entire property is fenced with a barrier, the pool (12 per 6 meters) is additionally fenced for children safety. Approximately 200 meters form the Villa there is a side street however with not much traffic.
The garden which surrounds the villa is directly accessible from all the ground floor rooms including one downstairs bedroom in the small apartment.
